Review and recommend options to modernize how the I/DD waiver could be restructured in an attempt to address the I/DD waiver waitlist and workforce struggles and utilize a working group structure similar to the 2021 Special Committee on Kansas Mental Health Modernization Reform that is facilitated by an independent third-party organization.
